Members of the public wishing to make a complaint about the distribution of proceeds should do so in writing. Verbal complaints will not be accepted unless followed up in writing. Please include all relevant information and address your complaint to the Chairman at grants@wecare.org.nz. The Society will respond within 20 working days. If unsatisfied with the outcome, complainants may contact the Department of Internal Affairs.
